If the pink Gi idea actually flys, I want to see pictures. smile

There’s a BJJ world champion who now wears a pink Gi, it all started when his white Gi went through the wash with something red in and he’s stuck with a pink Gi since then. I’ll do a little digging to see who it is but it was discussed by Budo Jake during the streaming of the BJJ Pan Ams this Sunday.

Double unders are stupid unless:
1. You have no other holes in your fitness
2. You plan on competing

See now this is the type of discussion “Jeff and Dan’s corner” was meant for, which is why I keep moving all of those serious CF questions other places.
Nice to see the forum returning to its true purpose.

I saw the answer on Facebook.

Polar Bear.

Wait, I’m sorry, Sifu, the honey bear is best. MY BAD.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

Yes, the polar bear is the best bear. Because it eats annoying penguins.

The second best is grizzly.
