Well, I have that all over somebody beat me with a stick feeling. Oh wait, that might be from Krav.
Hips, glutes and hammies, mostly. apparently there are three places where the bar scraped my shins and the top of my knees. Feet are sore. Never had that before, maybe from the “toe assisted” m/u progressions. LOL.
Oh and the knee where bobbi kicked me.
Which leads me to the next question, why do I do this to myself ?
