That really does make our WOD this morning at BrandX look “wimpy” by comparison. Considering I barely made it through today’s Thruster/Power Snatch work-out I really do feel like a “lightweight” when I view these videos. Thanks GD, as if I wasn’t depressed enough! :(

Liked the switch of hand during the one handed press. Cool! Won’t be trying that at my home ‘gym’. At least not until it’s warm enough to work out on the lawn.
