Speaking with some ladies this morning after class all of whom wear nursing various tears on their hands. I mentioned that I have been CrossFitting for 6 years without
tearing calluses (during a WOD)  But would never trade pullups for no calluses. Guess what ?
I decided to show up fot the 2pm skunkworks- I heard SS was back, Davidt visiting and Nichole ( ahem) promised to meet me there today.
The WOD was
AMRAP in 15
5 dips
10 pullups
15 KB Swings

i tore my calluses about halfway through- kinda funny.

I thought you were pushing it when you made the “I haven’t had a tear in years” statement a few months back.

That is funny, ironic. I cringed reading the title of the post before I opened it, just knew it was going to be something icky.
