Since this was written the answer to anything flexibility or mobility related is the MWOD, Kelly Starrett’s Mobility project.
Go to http://www.mobilitywod.com/, start with Episode 1(http://www.mobilitywod.com/2010/08/first-of-many-beat-downs.html) and work up from there.

The MWODs are a series of videos in the blog posts on the theme of mobility/flexibility/positioning and some weird stuff Kelly threw in for fun.
