We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

Big Dogs
3 rounds for time:
400M Run
Clean & Jerk @95 (65# for women/teens) x21
5 muscle ups. (or 35/35 dips/pull ups)

Pack
3 rounds for time:
400M Run
Clean & Jerk @65 x21
25 each pull ups and dips.

Puppies
3 rounds for time:
400M Run
Dumbbell Clean & Jerk x21
15 each pull ups and dips.

What I did:
2 rounds 400M run
C&J @45 x21
25 pull ups (band assist), 25 dips (best effort)
short 10 pull ups on round two - I was fried.

I was able to get 3’s and 2’s on many of the pull ups with the band assist. However it took me 35 minutes to do 1 round and over an hour for the both rounds. I did a few 65# C&J just to see if I could. Stuck with 45# for round two.

I am Jack’s complete lack of surprise for what Lucky will do to me next.
I once droped a phone from 30ft in the air, it did not work after that. Who’s next?
