i am getting consistent now with single muscle ups….got 10 today with few minutes between each.  Getting down from the top support positiion is pretty violent though.  More worried about down then getting up.  Any ideas?

Try and control your descent. Keeping the body tight.

It is a backwards transition. Keep tight, if you kip up, you are going to go down in control like a backwards strict MU. You want to drop to hands to armpits and then lower.

thanks guys….prob will get better at “down” as i get better at “up”.  I’m doing a reverse transition but wasting more energy then necessary i’m sure.  When i see vids of guys doing multiples it seems like they almost bounce right back up….don’t know if shoulders could ever handle that
