Barbell vs. EZ Curl

Getting prepped for fight-gone-bad tomorrow.  One thing, the minimum olympic plate my gym has is a 25.  For sdhp (and push press for that matter since I don’t plan on spending time racking), should I use an EZ-curl with 25’s or a straight bar with a small 10 and 5?

It really doesn’t matter that much, so long as you can do both exercises.  PP is probably better with a straight bar though . . .
