Today we did Sunday’s WOD:

Perform the Tabata Squats holding a 10, 25, or 45 pound plate to your chest.

Report score and load selected to comments. Attempt the sit-ups in a single set and report success to comments.

101 situps - Broken 50, 25, 26 then ran out of time before Jeff sent us out for a couple of laps.

I did:

3 rounds for time:

Run 400M
40 squats
Run 200M
30 pushups

Time: 25:50

Last two runs really stunk. I noticed after the squats that my legs felt better running. Is that normal?

hehe. NO that’s opposite, Kodiak. Squats make me run like a cartoon character with rubber legs….

You know, as of last night, my thighs were still so sore from the weighted squats, it hurt to go down the stairs. That ain’t right. Jus a little tender from the situps.
