LOL Kodiak! (That looked like a fun one.)

I went and tried the push press workout from the weekend, but I only managed to do a bunch with 65#.

I wasn’t confident enought with 75# without a lot more room around me and all the machines in the matted area made it pretty scary to clean even the 65#. I moved over to where the smith machine (finally figured out what that contraption is)is to finish up as soon as 75# dumbbell curl guy left.

I warmed up with a few dips (got a couple with full ROM!) and some assisted pull ups before doing some kipped pull ups from the tiny pull up bar on some other contraption (I don’t know its name).

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.
