I kept getting interrupted by trainers at the gym asking me not to put my weights on the floor!?!?!?!? Also had to listen to a a guy in the gym teach the correct form for cable flys to his friends for about a half an hour. “no get behind me and watch my shoulder blades…you see that?...yeah that looks nice”. He was also teaching them how to throw a “punch” when I first got there…ithis consisted of looking ridiculous and flailing your arms about with no general sense of purpose.. He also impressed his friends by loading 275 on the bench and going down about a quarter of the way and when questioned by his friends why he didnt go down farther he responded that it worked the same no matter how far down he went…and because it “hurt” if he went down farther. I cant decide whether I love or hate that gym. if only they had more olympic bars and pullup stations.
