My first post here. Just want to say how happy I am to be a part of Brand X Crossfit Family. Awesome folks, awesome place and I’ll try to do you guys proud. smile

I did the dead lift run yesterday. My back is smoked today (in a good way).

Warmup consisted of 1000 Meter row and 20 HSPUs (broken into sets of 5)

Here’s the breakdown:

3 - 135
3 - 225
3 - 275
2 - 295 (broken)
2 - 275 had to drop the weight
2 - 275
1 - 275
1 - 275
1 - 295
1 - 305

Finished with a lighter, quick deadlift speed run:

10 - 135
5 - 185
5 - 185
10 - 185

That about did it for me.
